Our short off road tubing disconnects work great for your SXS bumpers, roll cages, and removable racks. These flat tubing disconnects also work great to protect your engine and other vital components of your rig. Our offroad tubing disconnects work great on about any off-road vehicle including your UTV, Jeep, tube buggy, and side by side.
AJK Offroad tubing disconnects can be mounted close to other components by having both bolts start from the same direction. We use two 3/8-16 SHCS to hold the two pieces together. Our 1" disconnects only have one bolt. These are short in length for you to be able to weld them closer to the bends of your tube.
The tubing disconnect contains a large weld chamfer for you to be able to weld nicely to your tubing. We also have the end protrude in the tubing long enough to properly align in the tubing. We CNC machine these in house from 1018 steel.
The disconnects work flawlessly & do what we are needing them to do. Great product that is well made!

My husband and I recently bought several tubing disconnects to build our RZR cage. These are perfectly made, all parts were exactly as described and great quality! Beyond the excellent quality is the customer service. When we miscounted how many disconnects we needed to finish our cage we got a call immediately from customer service making sure we didn't need the rest of them (which we did) because they didn't want us to have to pay double shipping or to have to wait for another shipment. Never have I had a company to take time to ensure that I had everything I needed. Thanks a million AJK! We are currently starting our second cage and wouldn't use anything other than AJK parts!
