Our Polaris Ranger 1000XP Under Seat Storage Box is CNC Laser cut from .062 thick aluminum and CNC bent and then powder coated our mild texture black powder coat.  This box is very easy to install by removing 3 bolts in the floor board and reinstalling them through the box and back in the floor board.
