Our Polaris Click 6 Bolt on Harness Mounts are a must for anyone wanting Click 6 harness that do not have the tabs welded on the cage. We offer our bolt on harness mount to fit 1.50" and 1.75" diameter tubing. Select option above. Each one of our Click 6 bolt on harness mounts are Tig welded from 11 gauge steel for great strength and then we powder coat them black for a great look. Each mount is bolted on using our OD tube clamps that have male diamond knurls on the inside diameter. The knurls on the inside diameter help keep the mount from moving. These can be bolted on to any name brand machine with a 1.50" or 1.75" diameter bar behind the seat.
Good workmanship, In my aftermarket roll cage application, the cross bar was 3” lower than stock, which did not leave room to mount the Click6 retractor box. Also, the 1.5” is a pretty tight tolerance, and just the paint/powder coating on the cage bar was enough that the brackets did not drop all the way on, and would have scraped pretty hard on the crossbar when tightened. I drilled new holes and thought about mounting pointing up, but did not, as that would have caused a rotation force, and may have not been safe. Will save for some other application since I drilled them.
