We have designed out Polaris Xpedition Headache Rack to utilize the most storage from your Xpedition. Our Headache rack mounts on your bed rails and is slightly lower than your roof. With our Headache rack you are able to store more items for your long weekend getaways. We have incorporated some moly panel holes along with holes for your rotopax mount. This is a very rigid 3 piece design CNC Laser cut from .125 thick aluminum and then powder coated a mild textured black. The top tray measures roughly 22.5" by 51" long.

Just installed my new rack. Arrived earlier than expected. Came boxed perfectly, Very easy to assemble install! Communication from AJK was excellent! And best of all this new rack will help with my storage issues with the expedition
