We have designed out Polaris Xpedition Headache Rack to utilize the most storage from your Xpedition. Our Headache rack mounts on your bed rails and is slightly lower than your roof. With our Headache rack you are able to store more items for your long weekend getaways. We have incorporated some moly panel holes along with holes for your rotopax mount. This is a very rigid 3 piece design CNC Laser cut from .125 thick aluminum and then powder coated a mild textured black. The top tray measures roughly 11.5" by 51" long.
I really like the rack. I like the design off how it looks and functions the storage on top will be great . I would love to have a version that has the ability to mount a winch up on top
